Evidence-Informed Approaches Include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): including Behavioral Activation for depression and support for anxiety and worry Emotional Regulation strategies Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Solution-Focused Therapy Narrative Therapy Motivational Interviewing Trauma-Informed Therapy Each approach is adapted and tailored to reflect your unique experiences, strengths, and needs, so that therapy is meaningful, practical, and effective for you.
